Non-Religious Holidays To Celebrate With Your Class

Non-Religious Holidays To Celebrate With Your Class

Looking for some ways to spice up your classroom activities? Look no further! Here I have compiled a list of all the fun, fabulous, and wacky ‘celebration days’ that are completely unrelated to any of the standard holidays.

Note that this list does not include religious holidays, and is tailored to my Australian audience. This is a mix of official national and international days, as well as a heap of fun unofficial days.

I’ve purposely left this list blank, without suggested activities to do with your class. I really encourage you to think about the dynamic of your individual students, and what these days may look like for you. Would they involve craft? Coding? Writing practice? General, unofficial chat? Let me know in the comments below what you have planned, linked to any of these days!
